"I decided to purchase my 2010 FLHTK from Hannum's based on feedback from friends and family. Terry Brennan was my salesman. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted the day the 2010's hit the MOCO's website. A white/black ice Limited. Shortly after the release I visited Hannum's to make sure I’d be able to get the bike I wanted. Terry was extremely helpful, he rolled a Deluxe (same colors) outside for me to see it in the sun. Yep! That's what I want. Terry confidently assured me, "give us a down payment, and it'll be here when you're ready". Well, these custom colors on the Limited are not scheduled for production till Jan. and due to some personal financing issues, I wasn't going to be able to purchase the bike till next March. Again Terry say's "we got you covered, it'll be here when your ready" Terry always answered every question or concern I had during the time I was waiting on delivery. As time went by, I’d been looking at the same bike in another color combo. On one of my visits to Hannum’s during my waiting period, I asked if they were expecting the merlot/cherry combo. Terry was on vacation at the time and Andrew quickly told me they were and he called me the day it arrived. I went up the next day and the rest is history. Bottom line is, I had a great experience dealing with Hannum’s and would recommend this dealership to anyone. I always felt welcome, it wasn’t long before everyone recognized me and greeted me by name whenever I visited the store. Hat’s off to the entire Chadds Ford crew!"
